Although it says no transit is close by this is not true. Please see 112 street as well as 72 avenue which are both only a 5 mins walk. Transit is close by, including the Surrey bus route to Polytech University on 72 avenue. Only 15 mins drive to White Rock, 25 minutes to Richmond/YVR, and 30 minutes to Vancouver depending on the time of day. No smoking.
