Kotireitti.fi is an aggregator that collects and displays rental and sale listings from various providers across Finland. We do not publish or manage individual listings ourselves.

Data Accuracy

Listings are sourced from third parties. Kotireitti.fi does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing data. Please verify information directly with the original listing provider before making any decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Kotireitti.fi is not a party to any rental or sale transaction. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for links to third-party sites or their content.

Intellectual Property

Listing data belongs to the original publishers. The site structure, code, and design of kotireitti.fi are the property of kotireitti.fi.

EU DSA Transparency (Art. 11)

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), our single point of contact is tuki@kotireitti.fi. Content is based on automated aggregation of publicly available property listings. The service contains no user-generated content.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Finnish law applies to this service. Any disputes will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
