- Requirements: - References / Letter of employment required - Satisfactory credit report required. All potential tenants must fill out a credit application prior to rental. There is a $63.00 (taxes included) charge per applicant for the pre-rental reference report. - Please complete a Pre-rental form BY OLIGNY & THIBODEAU (Only) - First month rent payable at the signing of lease. - Security deposit equivalent to one month rent to be paid on or before the date of occupancy. A walk-through will be done with the seller and/or his representative at the start of the lease, and at the end of lease to note any deficiencies, other than normal wear and tear. Said deposit shall be returned to the Lessee within 72 hours of the end of the lease after satisfactory inspection. - Lessee must provide proof of civil liability insurance prior to occupancy for two million dollars and maintain it through out the rental period. - All potential tenants must also read and sign the Annex "Lease Rules" at the signing of a Lease, and abide by them. *NOT ALLOWED: - No Pets of any kind (Birds, Cats, Dogs, Snakes, etc) - No smoking - TOBACCO OR CANNABIS or e-cigarettes, Shisha etc. - NO Airbnb arrangements allowed. - NO Satellite dish installation
