Conditions of Rental: -Credit check or/and letter of employment to Lessor's satisfaction; -All risk and liability insurance of 2000000$ which proof shall be required at occupancy; -Deposit for the first month's rental at the signature of the lease which shall be sent by interac transfer to the Lessor; -No cannabis nor similar substance on the premises nor in the building;; -The Lease shall be prepared by the Lessor; -The Lessee shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Building.
