Collaborating broker, please includes all conditions in the PL 10.1, thank you: 1.The lessee must provide a valid ID (with photo), the credit check report, valid employment/school letter, pay slip for 2 months and/or bank statement at the satisfaction of the lessor. 2.The lessee must provide the current lease and the reference from the previous landlord at the satisfaction of the lessor. 3.The lessee will subscribe to a standard home insurance policy covering 2 millions civil liability for the duration of the lease(before move-in) 4.The lessee will provide a conrmation for opening an account in Hydro Quebec(before move-in) 5.The lessee is responsible to pay for the moving (in/out) fee if applicable. 6.No smoking, no cannabis are allowed for the duration of the lease. 7.The Lessee is not allowed to sublease or lease transfer. Airbnb, or similar short term sublet will be considered a repudiatory breach of the lease. 8.At the end of the lease, the lessee shall return the property and the keys as the same condition as the signing of lease. No painting, No hole in the wall. 9.Any repair costs resulting from the fault or negligence of the Lessee shall be borne by the tenant.
