Looking for someone to move in mid November to December 1st, so lease agreement would likely only be 4-5 months and then you could decide if you want to continue in a one year. The apartment is in great shape, quiet friendly neighbours, has a balcony, and great appliances. There is plenty of visitor parking. And the whole building backs onto a quiet beautiful green space. Building allows deliveries to your door and supplies a Rent doesn’t include electricity heat/hot water but are very cheap - our average combined bills were $100 or less. We are also willing to leave our brand new air conditioner and the four stools for the kitchen counter. Our floor also has the gym, free use for tenants, right off the elevators.
