This cozy and fully furnished basement suite is nestled in the middle of a safe and quiet neighbourhood, right next to a park. We like to rent this suite to (international) students, families, and young professionals, starting in the fall and leading into the spring each year. During the summer months, we typically reserve the suite for our family and friends to use when they come to visit from abroad. The rental consists of two bedrooms (1 Queen-size bed and 1 King-size bed). There is a full bathroom in the suite and a dedicated dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge (with a freezer compartment), coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and cooktop. There is also a separate living room with a smart TV. While the suite is fully furnished, it is not cluttered. Laundromats and grocery stores are conveniently located within walking distance. Please note that the suite is on the ground floor of our family home, so there will be some noise transfer from upstairs during the day. We are a family with two elementary-aged children.
