Located in Kitchener’s Innovation District, The Shanley is a boutique 8-storey residence offering 172 suites, designed by renowned architects Superkül. Rising from the historic site of Kitchener’s former Electrohome factory, it thoughtfully connects the city’s industrial past with contemporary urban living. Offering studio to three-bedroom residences — including ground-level suites with private street entrances — The Shanley is defined by Scandinavian-inspired minimalism, clean lines, and timeless materials. Subtle heritage details, including reclaimed brick and curated design elements, honour the building’s storied roots while creating calm, modern interiors. Located minutes from Downtown Kitchener, the ION Light Rail, and the GO/VIA station, The Shanley delivers boutique scale, seamless connectivity, and a strong neighbourhood feel — a refined rental experience grounded in character and design. Weekends begin at Victoria Park. Afternoons spill onto nearby patios. The Kitchener Market becomes part of your weekly ritual. This is a neighbourhood where heritage buildings sit alongside new energy, where neighbours recognize one another, and where everyday errands are done on foot. Life at The Shanley feels connected — never crowded.
