Our company saw a unique opportunity and need for this community by transforming and “rebuilding” a once tragic memory to many who lost their home and the neighborhood reminder of a condemned building. Now with new ownership and direction by 3M Developments, we have created a reminder that something beautiful can be made from ashes.
