We are moving out mid-October, so you can move in early. November and December are the two months you would pay rent under our current lease. After that, you can extend and sign directly with the apartment company. This is a lease takeover in a prime Beltline location. The building has already said an assignment is allowed. You You are not subletting from us. Once the assignment is signed, you deal with the apartment company, and you have the option to sign on with them when our lease ends. Details Rent: $2,425/month. Parking is optional at $175/month. Lease coverage: October (already paid), November, and December. Move-in: Available from mid-October, so you can settle in before November rent starts. After December: Option to extend and sign a new lease directly with the apartment company. Location: Beltline, Calgary — walkable and close to 17th Ave, downtown, transit, restaurants, and shops.
