2 full time site located in a small RV park in Downtown Bowser. One for 775 the other 800. Easy walk to everything including the beach, post office, stores and Legion. Pay laundry on site. Rent DOES NOT include Hydro. Each site has a separate meter which is read monthly. There is basic cable however you will need to add any extras like internet or special channels at your expense. The original package offers a lot so you'll want to check it out before adding more channels. 30 amp service, which means you can't run everything you have all at once. RV must be no older than 12 years. Site can accommodate up to a 35-40 ft RV. There is a bit of an ocean view from 1 & a pretty good one from the other. 1 has a deck for an easy step out, the other with a better view is an empty slate. This is a great little community of 13 RV sites a main home and a 2 bedroom cottage. Pets are welcome upon approval.
