Each room is approximately 10' × 11' to just one person. There is also a shared office/ room option for $1500. The rooms can come furnished with bedroom and office furniture. The location is awesome! The front porch faces King Street and a basketball court, while the back patio overlooks Stanley Park, which has tennis courts, a swimming pool, a dog park, and a baseball diamond. There's also a great view of the CN Tower. You're steps away from Trinity Bellwoods, the Ossington Strip, the Entertainment District, Queen West, Liberty Village, and more. The house has lots of natural light, especially in the living room and kitchen, 10-ft ceilings, a washer and dryer, unlimited high-speed internet, a large basement studio, and a backyard. It has lots of character and plenty of room to stretch out. Utilities and internet are split in two and is and typically range from 120–175 per person, depending on the month.
