Conditions of lease: - The tenant shall have to take note of the building rules prior to the conclusion of any lease - No animals - Smoking prohibited - It is prohibited to consume or cultivate cannabis on the premises - No Airbnb - No subletting without the consent of the owner - The LESSEE must provide a proof of tenant liability insurance (coverage $2,000,000) prior to occupancy - Proof of employment and/or revenue to be provided by prospective tenants (ex. paystub) to the satisfaction of the LESSOR - All promise to lease shall be subject to a credit check and verification of payment habits to the satisfaction of the LESSOR. - There is a move-in fee which will be disclosed to tenants prior to signing the lease - References : current landlord and employer - The LESSEE shall provide a first month rent deposit
