RENTAL CONDITIONS: At the request of the landlords, the following conditions must form an integral part of any offer to lease: * Smoking of cannabis, cigarettes, or any other substances is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. * A credit report is mandatory for any offer to lease and is subject to the landlord's approval. * No subleasing or short-term rentals (such as Airbnb or similar) are permitted. * No pets are allowed, except for one cat. * Tenant liability insurance of $2,000,000 is required for the entire duration of the lease. The tenant must provide a copy to the landlord prior to occupancy. * The tenant must open a new electricity account in their name upon taking possession of the apartment. * No decorations, renovations, or electrical modifications are permitted without the landlord's prior written consent. * At the end of the lease, the tenant must return the premises in the same condition as upon arrival. * The landlord or the maintenance personnel may access the property with 24 hours' prior notice.
