A- The tenant must provide proof of home/civil liability insurance from a minimum of 2 Million before the occupation of the premises and will be valid throughout the duration of the lease. B- A credit check of the LESSEE will be carried out before the signing of the lease with the company "OLIGNY & THIBODEAU" and must be to the complete satisfaction of the lessor. C- The tenant will not have the right to any pet in the building (not aquarium) during the term of the lease. D- No smoking, no cannabis, no drugs and no plantation thereof. F- An annex to the lease will be signed at the same time as the lease
