The Shoreland is located at the corner of 22nd and Bellevue Ave. This iconic, circular, turquoise high rise was designed by the architect after he returned from visiting Honolulu in the mid-1960s. The large, newly renovated bachelor, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites each have either sea or mountain views. Enjoy our beautiful outdoor swimming pool and pool deck. There is a laundry room off the pool area with a treadmill and recumbent bike and TV. Storage lockers are available. Heat and hot water are included. On-site outdoor parking is available. There is an entrance to the West Van Sea Wall right across the street. The West Van Aquatic, fitness, tennis and Senior community center is a five minute walk away, located on the corner of 22nd and Marine.
