Hi there, I have two beautiful fully furnished renovated suites available for long term rent, commencing Nov 1, one at Creekside which is like a four bedroom suite, therefore priced higher ($6700 per month) and the other in alpine meadows, 3 bedroom suite ($6400 per month). Looking to rent to a business in town who needs staff housing. The prices above are quoting at max occupancy, six people, but do not include hydro.
