Standard lease rent is $1800/month. There may be additional incentives that could be amortized over the term. Upon renewal, the rent shall revert to the standard lease rent, subject to applicable adjustments and in accordance with the terms of the lease. Promise to lease received is conditional upon the approval of the Lessee following a complete credit and background verification, in accordance with the Lessor's criteria.
