Rosehurst is a beautiful Manor on generous grounds, originally built in 1884 by Charles and Emma Mickle. Today this Gravenhurst property is now a 9 unit apartment building. Situated in the middle of town with easy access to grocery stores and banks, Rosehurst offers private and graceful adult living in a Heritage setting. Each apartment has its own individual personality with luxurious finishes combined with a heritage feel. But it also benefits from a complete refit of plumbing, electrical and heating. Heated with hot water rads and cooled with a/c, each unit also has a HRV to provide fresh air to your unit. Maple kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, rangehood), and quartz countertops complement the vintage trim and high ceilings. Bamboo hardwood and porcelain tile flooring are throughout each unit. On Offer is a Bright 2 bedroom ground floor apartment facing south/west with tall ceilings, for August 1, 2026, for $2,200 plus hydro.
