-Smoking inside the dwelling is prohibited. -Vaping, consuming, or cultivating marijuana or any other drugs is prohibited on the property and in common areas. -Renting the property on Airbnb or for short-term stays is prohibited. -Proof of tenant liability insurance with coverage of $2 million must be provided before the keys are handed over and must remain valid for the entire duration of the lease. -Proof of employment is required. -All rental offers must be accompanied by a valid credit report.
