All utilities are included in the rent (heat, water, hydro, electricity, air conditioning). Additionally, the apartment building has a contract with Videotron to provide free wifi and free cable television. Other things that come with the apartment include: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, fireplace, pool access, gym access, BBQ access, bike storage, free car wash, underground parking spot, storage locker. All those things are included in the listed price of $1930 per month. Additional info: the apartment building is non-smoking. The building does have an elevator. Building staff are available on site between Monday and Friday. You can If you want to take over the lease, the apartment will come in as is condition minus all the furniture. The lease is until April 30, 2027. You are able to renew the lease for another year at that point.
