No Marijuana Cultivation: The tenant is not permitted to grow marijuana on the premises. 4. No Pets: Animals are not allowed. 5. No Short-Term Rentals: The property may not be listed or rented on platforms such as Airbnb. 6. No Subletting: Subletting the property is strictly prohibited. 7. Tenant Insurance: The tenant must provide proof of valid tenant insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $2 million. 8. First Month's Rent: The first month's rent must be paid at the time of lease signing. 9. Minor Repairs: The tenant is responsible for minor repairs costing $125 or less (., replacing light bulbs, batteries, etc.). 10. Compliance with Building Rules: The tenant must comply with all building regulations and co-ownership (condo) by-laws.
