No smoking, no marijuana, no pets. Tenant needs to provide a letter of employment, do credit check with the listing agent, buy civil liability insurance (2 million) before move in. Only the full credit check report (tenant reference, employment, rental board, criminal record etc, not only the credit score) will be accepted. If tenant doesn't have, she/he needs to pay $62 to us to do the credit check.
