This house is located 5 minutes from Smugglers Cove on Truman Road which is a dead end street. From every balcony (including the backyard) you can see the ocean and thormanby island. It has heating in every room that is wifi connected as well as a wood stove on the main floor. I'm looking for a 3 - 8 month lease term. Electrical Heating cost would be forwarded directly to the tenant for cost. Gas and wifi are included in rental cost.
