This fully furnished 1-bedroom makes excellent use of the space, with a Murphy bed with built-in storage and city views directly from your living room. The finishes are clean and modern, and the suite has a polished, luxury-hotel feel. Location is a big part of the appeal here. Loblaws is basically next door, with Farm Boy, LCBO and Sugar Beach just a few minutes away. St. Lawrence Market, George Brown, the Distillery District, Union Station and the Financial District are all within walking distance, with TTC right outside. And you can cancel that gym membership because 15 Lower Jarvis has pretty much everything you need. A fully equipped gym, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor pool, yoga and Pilates studios, and a steam room. The other amenities aren't an afterthought either, with a theatre, billiards lounge, party room, BBQ and dining areas, community gardens, and 24-hour concierge. (id:27)
