Welcome to 5235 Connaught, an exceptional ground-floor 3-bedroom unit offering the kind of comfort and outdoor space rarely available in a city rental. The property stands out immediately with its huge private backyard and deck, a true extension of the living space. Whether for summer dinners, quiet mornings outside, children playing, entertaining friends or simply enjoying a private outdoor retreat, this backyard gives the home a lifestyle advantage that is difficult to find in Montréal. Inside, the unit offers a warm, spacious and practical layout designed for comfortable everyday living. The living area provides generous room to relax, host or work from home, while the 3 bedrooms offer the flexibility tenants are actively looking for: family living, a proper home office, a guest room, a child's room or additional space to make the home function exactly as needed. The kitchen was newly renovated in 2026, giving the unit a fresh, clean and modern feel in one of the most important spaces of the home. Two wall-mounted heat pumps provide added comfort throughout the year, offering both heating and cooling. Located on Connaught in the NDG / CDN-NDG area near Montréal-Ouest, the property benefits from a practical and established residential setting. Tenants can enjoy proximity to parks, public transportation, local shops, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants and everyday services, while remaining well connected to the rest of the city. This is a rare rental opportunity for tenants seeking more than a standard apartment. With 3 bedrooms, a renovated kitchen, modern comfort, generous living space and a huge private backyard with deck, 5235 Connaught offers the feeling of a real home in one of Montréal's most convenient residential areas.
