- Seasonal winter rental 2026 - 2027 - Non smoking or vaping in the unit - Dog may be permitted at the lessor's discretion but no cats. - A security deposit of one thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($1,750) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust. This deposit will be refunded to the tenant at the end of the lease if the unit is left in good order. - The lessee will ensure the property is cleaned by a professional at the end of the lease at their expense otherwise a fee of $200 will be kept from the security deposit. - A liability insurance must be taken by the lessee for a minimum amount of $2 million.
