THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY LEASE AGREEMENT: - References and employment/salary verification + credit check to the LANDLORD's satisfaction are required within four (4) days of acceptance of a lease agreement; - No smoking (including marijuana/drugs); - The TENANT agrees not to grow marijuana; - No pets; - The TENANT agrees not to paint the walls without the LANDLORD's written approval; - The TENANT agrees not to rent the apartment on Airbnb and/or sublet/assign the lease; - The TENANT agrees to replace any lost keys at their own expense; - The TENANT agrees to pay the first month's rent upon signing the lease; - The TENANT agrees to provide proof of $2M liability insurance before occupancy;
