- The condo can accommodate 8 guests as it has 2 bedrooms + den. - The bedrooms have queen beds; the den & living room have sofa beds (twinbeds). - The asking rent is $3000/month for a 6 month seasonal rental during the period of from May 1st, 2026 to October 31, 2026. - No smoking. - Pets may be permitted at the lessor's discretion. - A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust. - The lessor will ensure, at their expense that the property is cleaned by a professional before the lessee takes possession. - The lessee will ensure the property is cleaned by a professional at the end of the lease, at their expense. - The lessee must have a liability insurance minimum amount of $2 million covering the lease period
