Bright, airy and ready for you, this second-floor one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in a great neighbourhood is available November 1. The modern, updated interior is full of sunlight, with plenty of room for working, living, having guests over and storing all your stuff. The other tenants in the building are quiet and friendly, which gives the place an awesome neighbourhood feel. Heat and water are included, so hydro is your only extra, and a parking spot comes with the unit. A second upper unit is also available for December 1, so have a look at the virtual tour and choose the one you like best! The landlord is a neighbour who's always around to make sure your stay is a great one. (id:27)
