This is a one of a kind unit! It is a legally suited unit, so it is built right! ALSO.... Not only is it facing a huge field on a quiet culdesac, but it has its own fenced back yard and is pet friendly for well behaved pets. This unit is completely above ground. It has big bright windows that face south. There is in-floor heating and HVAC as well, so you will never have to feel those cold cement floors like most basements have. Big bright windows, comes with fridge, stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher. We have just freshly painted it and updated the color to be a light gray color. Private, separate entrance and fenced back yard. UTILITIES: you would pay 30% of the utilitiea. Landlord keeps the utility accounts in their own name and issues bills to you as they are received, which you then have 15 days to pay. This helps you out because you are not responsible for paying any deposits to utility companies in order to create accounts with them. :-) Completely non smoking suite. Carpet in the bedroom and main floor areas, tile at the front door and in the kitchen and bathroom. References and one months rent as security deposit. if you have pets, there is a $500.00 one time fee, per pet fee. And if you renew the lease you do not pay the fee again it is a one-time fee. If you would rather pay monthly, the fee is $41 a per pet and if you remove the lease then you would continue to pay the pet fee every month, NOTE: texting me is the fastest way to reach out for a viewing, my number is *********** :)
