The unit comes fully furnished by the landlord, including an in-unit washer and dryer, and all utilities are included (including central AC, electricity, and internet). I can also sell my kitchenware, bathroom items, and other household essentials (blanket, sheet, pillows, steam iron, ironing board, garbage,...) for very cheap if needed, making it easy to move in with everything already set up (as the unit was set-up as an AirBnB). I also have a valid Airbnb licence for the unit, which could potentially be taken over by the new tenant, subject to the landlord’s approval (which should not be an issue, as the landlord previously agreed to this arrangement with me). There are two options: Sublease: Month-to-month at $1,979/month, including parking. New lease: $1,749/month, with parking available at an additional cost.
