Beautiful 3rd floor condo with 2 bedrooms in the prime area of South Terwillegar. The 2 bedrooms have large closets and full bathrooms each. The kitchen has upgraded black granite, dark hardwood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The in suite laundry has extra room for storage. The oversized balcony (10x20) is a good size facing both south and east. Heat and water are included in the rent. I am looking for a long term tenant. Rent will be $1500/month. There are 2 energized parking stalls available. No smoking in the suite, no pets please. Close access to Windermere Currents, Terwillegar Rec Centre, lots of shopping and restaurants near by. There is a bus stop at the front of the building.
