This house is in absolutely immaculate condition inside and out. The exterior is quite welcoming, with a very modern look and feel. Upon entering, you will be greeted by the latest wall colours, which are changed with fresh paint and a very efficiently laid floor plan. The Kitchen, living, and dining areas are all spacious and an excellent choice for family or entertaining. This floor has a corner gas fireplace, granite countertops, and a walk-through colossal pantry. The upper level has a massive bonus room and can be used as a home theatre with projectors and three large bedrooms. The master ensuite has a make-up counter, a large corner tub, and a separate stand-in shower. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a massive stone patio and beautiful fencing, and with the sunny south exposure, you could not ask for much more. The basement has plenty of space for an office gym or kids' play area. Nearby: Costco in less than 5min, Shawnessy Shopping Centre (10-12min), YMCA, St. Patrick's Church and other churches & many more. NO PETS, PLEASE. As this house has been maintained without pets, I am looking for tenants who don't have pets. I'm sorry that this house is pet-free, and we want to keep it continuously.
