My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate in our two bedroom apartment for November 1st, 2026. The way this works is that the new roommate would replace me on our lease (this is called a lease amendment.) This means that my new roommate and my roommate Noor would be on the original lease as of November 1st, 2026, so rent does not increase. The lease was originally for one year, but that was in February 2024, so now it means that the lease is automatically month-to-month, which can give some helpful flexibility. The apartment is bright with a large bay window in the living room. The bedroom up for grabs is the one in the front along the same wall, so has lots of light throughout the day. The kitchen and bathroom are surprisingly spacious, especially the kitchen which boasts a lot of storage. Pictures to be added soon.
