Free parking. Must provide 30 days written notice of departure. No heavy drinkers. No heavy drugs. No dogs unless they’re smaller and very cat friendly. I have two hypoallergenic cats that are cool with most dogs. Tenant must be employed or be on disability and show proof of either. No smoking indoors. I have no problem with pot (don’t smoke it myself) but tenants can smoke it outside.
