I lived at Braemar Gardens for three years...I am going to miss the easy access to amenities. The rent includes hot water and heat...so that is a nice bonus. The management team is excellent and I always felt that they were approachable and responsive. The building ALLOWS PETS, which is hard to find and very welcome. It is also a non-smoking building... Breamar Gardens was a very comforting place for me to live...It is close to amenities, and was easy for me to navigate the neighborhood. The apartments are nicely renovated, which goes along with the management's dedication to the continuing improvement of the complex...The management communicates very well when it comes to building notifications, and has offered plenty of advance notice concerning building upgrades and issues. We have lived at Braemar Gardens for almost a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is newly renovated with a modern design. The management team are very friendly and helpful whenever we have required assistance and/or maintenance. They are also great at communicating upcoming building maintenance or other routine changes that tenants need to be aware of...We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live and rent in Coquitlam.
