Brand-New Legal 2-Bedroom Suite in Willoughby | 911 sq. ft. | $1,500 We’ve recently finished building a brand-new 2-bedroom suite in our family home in Willoughby and are looking for the right person (and/or people!) to make it home. The suite has never been lived in and is a spacious 911 sq. ft. Everything inside is new. FYI, I have zero ability to imagine a room empty so I used AI to add furniture to the first photo to help show the layout. The suite comes unfurnished! We live upstairs with our older elementary/middle-school-aged kids. We’re pretty normal humans and are hoping to find equally lovely humans downstairs. We’d love to have a friendly, respectful relationship with whoever lives here. The suite: - ️ 2 bedrooms - Full bathroom with bathtub - Full kitchen with brand-new appliances - ️ Dishwasher - Private in-suite washer & dryer - Under-stair storage - ️ Electric baseboard heating - Extra soundproofing was installed between the suite and upstairs - Street parking We’re in a great Willoughby location, with Richard Bulpitt Elementary within walking distance, along with the new middle and high schools. Rent: $1,500/month + 1/3 utilities OR $1,600/month including utilities. The suite is available immediately, but we’re happy to wait for the right fit. We’d much rather find someone who feels at home here and hopefully wants to stay for a while than rush to fill it. Pets will be considered, tell us a little about yours! No smoking, vaping or drugs on the property. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, reasonably quiet and will take good care of the space. Families are very welcome, but we're open to anyone who feels like a good fit.
