Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. We have a dog and a cat ourselves, so we’re happy to discuss your pet and make sure the arrangement is a good fit for everyone. UTILITIES & INTERNET Rent is $1,700/month, plus 1/3 of household utilities and internet. Utilities and internet are shared between the suite and the upper-level household.
