Excellent care for the building inside and out, very central between downtown, uptown waterloo and many other places. Friendly tenants. Awesome place I called home. The staff are largely the best part of this place, they are incredibly pleasant, helpful and friendly. Whenever we have had minor issues with our unit, they work diligently to provide a resolution promptly. Great location, near shopping, trails, restaurants, and public transportation.
