All utilities included! Parking available. Available November 1. Be thrilled with this newly converted heritage building with 17’ ceiling and original brick. Located in the historic, designer, theatre district of Victoria. It has all the best restaurants in town just moments away, yet is very quiet. Fully furnished with luxury items, new firm mattress, utilities incl. The living room has a double pull out LazyBoy couch for guests and French doors leading to private balcony. It is located on the first floor of a heritage building with a flight of stairs to reach it, there is no one above you and only 2 other condos on the same floor. Very private. Pets negotiable. Parking is extra- I have a secured parking spot. Call or text Christine
