Plenty of street parking available and the home is very quiet with working professional adults above with no kids, we do have a golden retriever who is very friendly. It's a non-smoking unit, and after too many bad experiences we no longer allow pets. Ritchie is a fun, active neighbourhood with a great offering of nearby shops & activities including quick access to the river valley, Mill Creek outdoor pool, tennis courts, the Ritchie Market, Duchess Bakery, Doughnut Party, Under the High Wheel, Wellness on Whyte, Farrow Sandwiches, Blush Lane, several micro-breweries, Kind Ice Cream, nice parks and schools, and many more in development.
