This is the best layout I have for two people who would rather not share a bed, or for a group of three. THE UNIT The largest one-bedroom I have — noticeably more floor space than the others. One extra flight of stairs. Full kitchen with a real stove and oven. Fully furnished. The Vale Inn, 2111 Whistler Rd — a short walk to the Creekside Gondola. RATE $4,600/month for one or two people. $4,900/month for three. The rate is per unit, not per person. INCLUDED Furnished, utilities, Wi-Fi, one parking pass, professionally cleaned before arrival. No extra bills. HOW IT WORKS Fixed-term seasonal vacation stay, not a tenancy and not a lease. Set start and end dates with no renewal. Best rate is the full season, November 1 to April 30. Shorter stays possible (91 nights minimum) at a higher monthly rate — ask for a quote. Every guest keeps a permanent home address elsewhere. PAYMENT First and final month upfront, plus a $1,500 refundable security hold and a $350 administrative fee. HOUSE RULES No pets. No smoking or vaping. No parties.
