The Vale Inn, 2111 Whistler Rd — a short walk to the Creekside Gondola. KITCHEN — PLEASE READ Kitchenette only: bar fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sink and cookware. There is no stove or oven. Stating this upfront so there are no surprises. RATE $3,000/month. The rate is per unit, not per person — two people splitting works out to $1,500 each. INCLUDED Furnished, utilities, Wi-Fi, one parking pass, professionally cleaned before arrival. No extra bills. HOW IT WORKS Fixed-term seasonal vacation stay, not a tenancy and not a lease. Set start and end dates with no renewal. Best rate is the full season, November 1 to April 30. Shorter stays possible (91 nights minimum) at a higher monthly rate — ask for a quote. Every guest keeps a permanent home address elsewhere. PAYMENT First and final month upfront, plus a $1,500 refundable security hold and a $350 administrative fee. HOUSE RULES No pets.
