HONEST NOTE ON CONDITION This is the one unit I have not renovated yet. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped, but the finishes are dated. It is priced accordingly — you get great natural light and a full kitchen for less than a one-bedroom. RATE $3,700/month. The rate is per unit, not per person — two people splitting works out to $1,850 each. INCLUDED Furnished, utilities, Wi-Fi, one parking pass, professionally cleaned before arrival. No extra bills. TRANSIT Bus stop at base of driveway - By car 4 minutes to village HOW IT WORKS Fixed-term seasonal vacation stay, not a tenancy and not a lease. Set start and end dates with no renewal. Best rate is the full season, November 1 to April 30. Shorter stays possible (91 nights minimum) at a higher monthly rate — ask for a quote. Every guest keeps a permanent home address elsewhere. PAYMENT First and final month upfront, plus a $1,500 refundable security hold and a $350 administrative fee. HOUSE RULES No pets. No smoking or vaping. No parties.
