BEDS A proper queen bed plus a pullout sofa. Sleeps 2. This is the only studio I have with a real queen bed — no bunks. THE UNIT Fully furnished. Whistler Resort and Club, 2129 Lake Placid Rd — Creekside, a short walk to the gondola. Hot tub and sauna in the building. KITCHEN — PLEASE READ Kitchenette only: fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sink and cookware. There is no stove or oven. RATE $3,400/month. The rate is per unit, not per person. INCLUDED Furnished, utilities, Wi-Fi, full cable TV package, professionally cleaned before arrival. No extra bills. PARKING — PLEASE READ This suite is limited to one parking space, and a parking space is not guaranteed: parking is on shared common property, available first come, first served. Vehicles must be under 23 feet, licensed and insured, and registered with the strata if kept longer than a month. During snow-clearing season a vehicle must be moved at least every 72 hours. No trailers, RVs or boats. Charging an EV from building outlets requires written strata approval. HOW IT WORKS Fixed-term seasonal vacation stay, not a tenancy and not a lease. Set start and end dates with no renewal. Best rate is the full season, November 1 to April 30. Shorter stays possible (91 nights minimum) at a higher monthly rate — ask for a quote. Every guest keeps a permanent home address elsewhere. PAYMENT First and final month upfront, plus a $1,500 refundable security hold and a $350 administrative fee. HOUSE RULES No pets.
