Beautiful, private, functional, small ;) This is a studio apartment, a detached cabin on our organic blueberry farm. $1800/mo includes electricity (which we pay for) There is a stacked laundry set inside, one closet, and some storage space. The water and air quality are excellent. The cabin sits in front of our house, facing away, and shares about a 2 acre yard, well kept, with berries and fruit and gardens. Our boys are getting older now and so the front yard is essentially yours. There is a deck on the front of the cabin, about another 150 sq ft or so, and space to park two vehicles in front of that. The location is 5kms east of downtown Pemberton. A 5 min drive, or 30 min bike ride. Just minutes walking or biking to the Business Park (lots of cool amenities there now) as well as the Lilwat Chevron, the Birkenhead river, and lots of trails. We have always had long-term tenants (over the 25 years we've rented it) mostly couples. We did a substantial renovation before our last tenants moved in, 5 years ago. That's when most of these photos are from. It will look basically just like this once they've moved out, except that there is a stove and counter in the kitchen area, with a stainless hanging hood fan. And nice blinds on all the windows.
