We are renting out a newly renovated home in the Ottewell neighborhood near Kings College. The house is on a quiet street and located 10 minutes from downtown. The house includes three bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath attached to the master bedroom. There is also a fairly large basement that is unfinished. You will also have full access to the entire house, as well as the detached single vehicle garage. We are open to small sized pets. We are planning to landscape the property next year but otherwise the home is in ready to go. The house includes four high quality appliances - a fridge, stove, washer and dryer. November 1 possession.
