Welcome to Eleanor $4,200/month (utilities not included) | 4 bedrooms + office | 3.5 baths | 2,366+ sq ft | Oversized double garage | Unfurnished Elegant, elevated and exceptionally well-crafted. Eleanor was renovated down to the studs, with all-new permitted plumbing, electrical and HVAC, and no one has lived here since. She sits on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac in Oakridge on a ~7,000 sq ft lot, minutes from South Glenmore Park and its pathways, and steps from Louis Riel School, the Oakridge Community Centre and Stoney Trail. Sunlight pours through new triple-pane windows onto white oak floors, curved oak arches, columns and beams, with white-oak shelving throughout. A kitchen made for gathering: Nordic-inspired, with Taj Mahal quartzite counters, chocolate white-oak cabinetry with dovetail drawers and fluted detailing, and a ~10 ft island with drop-down seating. There’s a hidden coffee bar, a glass wine display and a full built-in suite: Fisher & Paykel fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a Bosch 6-burner gas range, a ZLINE convection drawer and a Silhouette dual-temperature wine fridge. It opens straight onto the rear deck, with a BBQ gas line ready for summer. Two living spaces: a formal dining room and living room framed by a fireplace feature wall. Steps down, the main living room has dark oak ceiling beams, a second fireplace set in custom arched cabinetry, a wet bar and a walk-out to the backyard patio. Work from home properly: a glass-enclosed office with natural light, plus a powder room, laundry and mudroom. Primary retreat: a fluted soaker tub, an oversized dual-head shower, champagne bronze fixtures, a walk-in closet and a built-in makeup vanity. Two more bedrooms with built-in closets share a beautifully finished full bath. Lower level: a rec/flex room, the fourth bedroom, a spa-calibre 3-piece bath, a cedar sauna and 500+ sq ft of crawl-space storage. The details: heated floors in every bathroom, handmade Zellige tile, central A/C, a tankless water heater, smart switches and thermostat, a cedar-covered entry patio, a fenced yard, and an oversized double garage with epoxy floors (EV-ready, with a garage heater rough-in).
