Two fully furnished rooms are available in Capitol Hills, one on the second floor and one in the basement. The 2nd-floor bedroom may share a bathroom. The basement bedroom has a private bathroom. Perfect for professionals and mature students at SAIT and UoC, as well as visiting doctors at the Foothills Hospital and the Alberta Children's Hospital. Close to Edelweiss Village, Safeway, and Northhill Mall, and within walking distance of Confederation Park and the golf course. We are looking for mature, respectful, quiet and clean individuals with simple cooking needs. Food with strong odours cannot be cooked in the kitchen and must be cooked on the side burner of the BBQ on the deck. Tenants are expected to clean the kitchen and countertop after each use. No guests, parties, drinking, or smoking are allowed at the house. You will be sharing the space with the landlord, who enjoys clean living, working out, gardening and baking. She prefers female tenants between the ages of 18 and 50 who are students or employed and in good health. Her husband and son visit Calgary from time to time. The son is attending university in Ontario through a co-op program. Tenants are expected to keep their rooms and bathrooms clean and to help with snow shovelling in winter on the front sidewalk (25 ft) and the pathway to the front entrance of the house (which is the entrance for tenants).
